1.Tennis Elbow:
Inflammation of the muscles and tendons of forearm, most commonly due to overuse.

Symptoms include pain over the outer aspect of elbow and weak grip strength.
Management:
Most of the tennis elbow cases are treated conservatively.
Rest
Pain medication
Bracing and physiotherapy


PRP ( Platelet Rich Plasma) or Steroid injection can be useful in case of failed conservative management.
Surgery is rarely needed if conservative management and injections don’t help. Here the surgeon will release all the damaged tendons.
2.Golfer’s Elbow:
Inflammation of the muscles and tendons of the forearm, most commonly due to overuse.

Symptoms include pain over the inner aspect of the elbow and weak grip strength.
Management:
Treatment is similar to Tennis elbow.
