I usually don't post negative reviews, but after multiple disappointing experiences, I feel compelled to share this. I had taken my mother for knee treatment/surgery under this doctor in Yashoda hospital, and on every single visit, we had to wait for over 4 to 5 hours after our scheduled appointment time. This wasn't a one-time issue—it happened repeatedly, at least 3-4 times. It’s extremely disheartening to see how little importance the doctor seems to place on the patients' time and suffering. Many of those waiting were elderly or in pain, yet no consideration or communication was offered. This is not acceptable, and I’m sure I’m not the only one who has faced this. If you’ve had a similar experience, please do share it. Only by raising our voices will there be any hope of change in the way outpatients are treated. All patients deserve to be treated with dignity and respect—not left waiting for hours without explanation.
