Radial Head and Neck Fractures:

Pain is usually worse with forearm rotation (turning the palm up and down).

Undisplaced fractures are treated with an above elbow cast for 4-6 weeks followed by gradual mobilisation.

Displaced fractures are treated with plates and/or screws.
